Front cab support bolts that were improperly tightened during manufacture can fail during a rollover, posing a risk of crush injury to the operator.

Recall Details
This recall affects green and yellow compact utility tractors with “John Deere” and model numbers 4044R, 4052R or 4066R printed on the hood. Each of the recalled compact utility tractors has a 17-digit serial number located on the right side of the frame, above the front axle. Each serial number included in the recall begins with “1LV” and ends with a six-digit number that falls within the following ranges:

Consumers should immediately stop using recalled compact utility tractors and contact an authorized John Deere dealer for a free repair. John Deere is contacting all known buyers directly.
John Deere dealers nationwide from October 2016 through September 2019 for $ 40,000 to $ 50,000.

Rear wheel spacer bolts that were improperly tightened during manufacture can cause the wheel to fall off during use. This can cause the tractor to tip over, resulting in a risk of injury to the operator.
Wood stored underneath the unit can ignite, posing a fire hazard.
The on / off button may remain depressed during the on or off cycle, causing the tester to malfunction. Consumers checking electrical sources may not be warned of the presence of live voltage if the tester is not working properly, posing a shock hazard to users.

The spray gun connector can break, causing the hose and / or connector parts to detach during use, posing an impact injury hazard to the user.
